The main goal of this course is to prepare for English proficiency tests such as TOEFL
and Eiken exams. Listening comprehension practice is emphasized. As we go along, some
related background information such as a student life in American, Australian and British
universities may be introduced in class. Students are strongly encouraged to take English
proficiency tests.
